Beverage Air DP46 Description

Give your kitchen compact and high quality food preparation with this 46" pizza prep table with 1 door and 16.7 cu ft of storage space from Beverage Air. Because of the quality construction of this 1 door pizza prep table you can be sure that will it will be a part of your kitchen for years to come. The exterior of this 16.7 cu ft pizza prep table is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel with a # 3 finish on the front, sides, top, doors and grill. The insulated lids are made of matching stainless steel and generously covered at the corners for easy cleaning. The cabinet back and bottom are constructed of galvanized steel and the interior liner is made of anodized aluminum for superior resistance to corrosion. The doors are mounted to face of cabinet on gravity hinges permitting them to self close under their own weight so you never have to worry about forgetting to close them and losing precious cold temperatures.

The cabinet is insulated with CFC free foamed in place polyurethane that is 2" thick. 6" casters come standard for easy mobility and kitchen cleaning. The cutting board supplied with the cabinet is 19" wide, removable, and constructed of high density white polyethylene plastic The 2 epoxy coated steel wire shelves are supplied behind each door and will accept pans up to 6" deep. The refrigeration system of this 46" pizza prep table is designed using a CFC free refrigerant and capillary tube between the condenser and evaporator. Recirculated, forced air from the evaporator is discharged three ways. The coils are plastic coated for maximum corrosion protection and an automatic condensate evaporator is provided to eliminate the need for floor drains.

The all-purpose raised rail, Deli/Pizza Table with Cold Air Blanket assures that condiments in open containers are held below 41 degree F and above freezing. It eliminates any chance of freezing product with lids open or closed and prevents unsanitary defrosting associated with cold wall, refrigerated rails.
