Designed to chill and freeze both cooked and uncooked foods, this countertop blast chiller has a 3 pan capacity and a 90 minute chill cycle. Constructed of 18/10 stainless steel on the exterior and interior this 22" countertop blast freezer is exceptionally easy to clean and will resist corrosion, dents, scratches and stains. The freezing capacity boasts an amazing 11 lbs of food in 240 minutes so that you can save money by preserving leftovers or overstock foods.

The cabinet is constructed of high density foamed polyurethane and a core temperature probe to insert into the food for easy temperature monitoring. The slot-in type shelf supports are made of stainless steel and are easily adjustable without any tools to foster cleaning. This stainless steel blast chiller comes standard with 3 shelves supports. The evaporator features high ventilation that ensures that the cooling system works with unbeatable efficiency and the manual defrost device works based on a condensation evaporation system that does require power, saving your business electric energy!
