General Specifications BACF Series
CONSTRUCTION:
Blast Chiller/Freezer, reach-in, 112 lb capacity, core probe, electronic controls with chill, freeze and hold, 158 degree Fahrenheit to 37 degree Fahrenheit in 90 minute chill cycle, 158 degree Fahrenheit to 0 degree Fahrenheit in 4 hour freeze cycle, stainless steel interior and exterior, self contained refrigeration.

Heavy duty construction includes stainless front, side, and top panels in stainless. Interior cabinet is constructed of stainless steel. Satin scotchbrite finish used on door, side panels, control panel and top. Interior of cabinet is polished. Interior rack and container support guides are constructed of stainless steel on all models. Diamond-polished inner floor ensures improved hygiene.

Chilling cavity feature rounded corners and opening on the bottom for liquid drainage. Cabinets are insulated with CFC free polyurethane insulation, 2.4 inch thickness. All doors are insulated and feature self-closing device and full height outer stainless steel handle. Hinged fan covers allow for easy access to the evaporator and fan during cleaning. Door frames constructed with easily-removable magnetic gasket and feature frame heating device. Cylindrical stainless steel feet with plastic heat resistant pads are height adjustable. All models supplied with standard product core probe with l-shaped handle for easy extraction.

Blast Chillers (BAC models) electronic control panel features include: on/off switch, holding mode key, blast chilling cycle, manual defrosting key, time blast chilling (0-90) with timer/product core probe control, time and temperatures display/warnings (core probe/cooking chamber) end of product core probe/timer blast chilling led, and chamber temperature setting during blast chilling.
