Comark PX31L Description
The Comark PX31L penetration probe has a 3-inch stem to reach into pots, pans, and other cookware, while a 3-foot lead can be stretched in the kitchen to measure food that isn't close by. Its Lumberg connector is designed for use with the Comark C424 food thermometer or the N2012 thermistor. To reduce the risk of illness caused by undercooked meat, it reads from -40 to 302 degrees Fahrenheit.
