The Comark C28/P13 package includes the C28 thermometer and PK24M penetration probe, which are both Type K thermocouple components. The PK24M probe can provide accurate measurements of temperatures ranging from -58 to 482 degrees Fahrenheit and offers a two-second response time to keep up with your hectic kitchen environment. The C28 thermometer comes with an IP67-rated waterproof and dustproof case and a BioCote coating that prevents microbial growth and decreases the chances of cross-contamination.
