Cleveland SD1050K66 Description
Built with two 6-gallon kettles, the Cleveland SD-1050-K66 steam kettles can be used to cook two products simultaneously. They each operate with a two-thirds steam jacket to cook chili, soup, and broth evenly with no cold or hot spots. Each kettle is equipped with lift-off covers and tilts using a self-locking mechanism to facilitate product retrieval. Being a direct-steam unit, it must be installed with an external boiler.
The Cleveland SD-1050-K66 tilting kettles are positioned on a stand with a modular cabinet design. This stand includes a faucet that swings to provide hot or cold water to either kettle. Water can be emptied via its sliding drain, which includes a splash shield to minimize messes. These stainless steel kettles have a 316 stainless steel interior and base, making them durable and resistant to rust or corroding. The unit includes factory-installed steam control kits that come with a condensate strainer, steam control valve, steam strap, check valve, nipples, and fittings.
