Cleveland PGM3003 Description
Heated with LP gas, the Cleveland PGM3003 pressure steamer’s steam generator uses an automatic water fill when it’s turned on to support frequent and spontaneous use. Easy to turn on with its electric spark ignition feature, the generator’s water levels are automatically controlled, and when the water levels dip too low, the circuit will cut off. For user safety, the generator includes a high-limit pressure safety switch. In each of its three compartments, a 5-PSI operating pressure effectively steams products, while steam inlet valves and exhaust valves work synchronously. Furthermore, an automatic venting mechanism helps relieve pressure buildup and reduce overcooking risk.
The Cleveland PGM3003 steamer’s external enclosure, table top, and cooking compartments are made of stainless steel to withstand chips and scratches from bustling kitchen environments. Each compartment is equipped with a hinged door made of cast aluminum, and their hinge pins and bushings are adjustable. For long-term use, their gaskets are replaceable, while an interlock feature prevents users to open the door when the compartments are pressurized. The compartments’ slide racks can be removed without tools for streamlined cleaning, and on the base of the unit, a modular cabinet can hold additional pans and supplies.
