Cleveland KDL-80-SH Description
Ideal for use in schools, institutions, and banquet halls, the Cleveland KDL-80-SH steam kettle features an 80-gallon capacity. Its open tri-leg base has adjustable feet that can be bolted down to secure the unit in place. A direct steam unit, it operates through connection to an external boiler, and it has a full steam jacket design that heats quickly and can be filled to the brim. This unit eliminates hot and cold spots to ensure uniform heating. It's a great choice for serving stew, broth, chili, or soup.
The Cleveland KDL-80-SH stationary steam kettle comes with a condensate drain valve for removing excess condensation. To protect users, the handle of the valve is insulated to keep it cool. Product can be served using a 2-inch tangent draw-off valve, which is equipped with a drain strainer to separate liquids from solid food. With its durable stainless steel exterior finish, this unit is durable for commercial use and won't rust or corrode over time.
