Cleveland PGM3002 Description
The Cleveland PGM3002 pan pressure steamer is a durable unit that produces large volumes of dense foods, requiring little involvement from operators. This pressure steamer can be used to prepare foods such as chicken, turkey, root vegetables, and bread pudding. It's a healthy, cost-effective piece of steam cooking equipment that can produce steam hotter than that produced by unpressurized steamers to streamline cook times. Overall, it measures 35 43⁄100 inches wide, 37 inches deep, and 73 5⁄8 inches high, and it's equipped with two compartments.
Because the Cleveland PGM3002 pressure steamer runs on liquid propane contained in individual gas tanks, operators don't have to check if gas utilities are available in their area. Each compartment in this unit has the capacity for eight 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch-deep cafeteria pans or four 18-inch by 26-inch bun pans. The pressure steamer's compartment doors are constructed of heavy-duty aluminum and operators can adjust the compartment door hinge pins. To facilitate maintenance and extend the unit's lifetime, its bushings are self-lubricating.
