Cleveland 36EMK6624 Description
To warm two types of food simultaneously, the Cleveland 36EMK6624 kettle cabinet assembly's two kettles have 6-gallon capacities. A built-in, 24-kilowatt electric steam boiler supplies heat to the kettles' two-thirds steam jackets to warm product evenly and eliminate cold spots. Operators can adjust the steam boiler's heat with the solid-state water level controls. To reduce the risk of unit damage, the unit automatically turns off when the steam generator's water levels drop. A pressure gauge and illuminated start and reset control switches are built on the console so users can manage the settings.
When product is ready to be dispensed, users can grab the handles on the Cleveland 36EMK6624 cabinet assembly's kettles to tilt the units manually. Its steam boiler drains under pressure after each shutdown, and it refills automatically upon startup to reduce hands-on tasks. For durability, the kettles are made of type 304 stainless steel. Overall, this floor model measures 35 43⁄100 inches wide by 33 1⁄2 inches deep by 54 inches high for floor installation.
