Cleveland 24EMK624 Description
The Cleveland 24EMK624 steam kettle and cabinet assembly measures 23 5⁄8 inches wide by 33 1⁄2 inches deep by 45 5⁄16 inches high, offering a compact prep station for soup, sauce, and stock. Featuring a lever tilt mechanism and lift-off cover, it enables clean, coordinated pouring and minimizes heat escape. A stainless steel two-thirds jacket envelops the 6-gallon reservoir for uniform heat coverage during simmering or boiling, while a sink with a double-pantry faucet, drain, and splash guard promotes convenient sanitization. To prevent element strain, an integrated sensor terminates power if the water level drops too low.
