Cleveland 24CGP10 Description
The Cleveland 24CGP10 SteamCraft™ steamer has two compartments that hold five full-size pans each. Its stainless steel cabinet, door, and interior are durable and ease cleaning, while the door has a two-piece, cool-to-the-touch design. It is pressureless, so the doors can be opened while steaming, and heat is retained because the cooking compartment is insulated. Steam is evenly distributed by coved interior corners.
The Cleveland 24CGP10 steamer has a PowerPack generator mounted at the rear that generates 180 pounds of steam per hour that is dispersed with jets at a high velocity. Cold water condensers keep the steam dry while the unit runs on LP gas and lights with a sparkless ignition system. When the machine is switched on, it fills with water, and an instant steam standby feature keeps the cabinet warm. Two 60-minute timers enable users to keep track of the cooking process.
