Designed to withstand frequent use, the Cleveland 24CEM24 pressureless convection steamer is equipped with two compartments that each hold as much as three full-size pans per compartment. This fan-free unit produces hot steam with convection jets, while its coved corner structures enable the steam to move evenly across product for uniform heating. The cooking compartments are fully insulated, and users can manage operation with solid-state controls. Each compartment includes a 60-minute mechanical timer, an operation mode, and a cold water condenser—creating dry steam for best results. Holding the generator at 212 degrees Fahrenheit to kickstart instant steam production, instant steam standby mode is also integrated into the unit.

The Cleveland 24CEM24 convection steamer continues to operate when the door is opened, so multiple pans with different time needs can be cooked at the same time, and users can easily open the left-hinged doors to pull racks out of the cooking areas. Reducing heat loss, the stainless steel doors have a reversible door gasket that seals the doors when closed. The steam cooking cavity has a 14-gauge stainless steel construction, and its rounded corners ease cleaning. The stainless steel slide racks are removable for streamlined cleaning, and it measures 23 31⁄50 inches wide by 33 3⁄5 inches deep by 62 inches high overall.
