The Cleveland 24CDP10 pressureless steamer features two compartments that each accommodate five full-size pans. It features an on/off switch as well as a 60-minute electromechanical timer and switch with an audible alarm. To simplify cleaning, it's equipped with a condensate drip trough; cool-to-the-touch compartment doors reduce the risk of injury. Overall, this unit measures 24 inches wide by 35 3⁄20 inches deep by 65 7⁄16 inches high.

Coved corners distribute heat evenly in the Cleveland 24CDP10 convection steamer and don't harbor buildup or residue. It operates with a direct distribution system that produces high-velocity convection steam. Because it's constructed of 14-gauge stainless steel, it's ideal for venues where it experiences heavy use; this simple-to-clean metal provides excellent resistance to rusting, warping, and denting. The unit's 6-inch legs are adjustable, enabling operators to stabilize it on rough or uneven flooring.
