Cleveland's 22CET3.1 2403 boilerless steamer automatically stays filled with water and generates steam with a 1-gallon reservoir and powerful 12-kW element. That element is encased in aluminum to distribute heat evenly and efficiently. Because it makes no contact with water, there's no risk that limescale will build up on the element.

Cleveland's KleanShield design helps keep the broiler interior and reservoir free of debris. To protect users from burns, the steamer's fan and steam automatically shut off when the door is open. A two-piece door made of 14-gauge stainless steel forms an airtight seal, maximizing the Cleveland 22CET3.1 2403 boilerless steamer's energy efficiency and contributing to its ENERGY STAR certification.
