Cleveland 1SCEMCS Description
To stabilize the Cleveland 1SCEMCS convection steamer on uneven countertops, it's positioned on 6-inch adjustable legs. It's boilerless and pressureless and requires no drain line or water connections for use. This unit has one compartment and measures 21 5⁄8 inches wide by 25 9⁄25 inches deep by 30 inches high overall. To ensure the heating elements don't become damaged, this steamer shuts off when the temperature gets too high. When the heat is on, a light will shine to warn employees so they don't burn themselves.
The Cleveland 1SCEMCS countertop steamer has an indicator light that informs users when its water levels are low. The controls are mounted on the right side and enable users to set the mechanical timer as long as 60 minutes. Withstanding commercial use, this steamer is made of durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It has a drain valve mounted in the front to facilitate water removal for cleaning purposes.
