Berkel X13E-PLUS Description
To facilitate cleaning, the Berkel X13EPLUS premier manual food slicer has a seamless, one-piece polymer base. This slicer has a 13-inch-diameter stainless steel blade and is manually operated, providing the user with full control over the speed of the process. To keep the operator's hands clean, the control knobs and switches are housed outside of the drip zone.
The ergonomic, multi-grip handle on the Berkel X13EPLUS premier food slicer ensures a secure, comfortable hold. For maximum safety, this product's knife guard protects the entire non-slicing portion of the knife. To enable quick and thorough cleaning under the unit after use, it is equipped with a convenient kick stand.
