Berkel X13A-PLUS Description
The Berkel X13A-PLUS premier automatic slicer is ideal for use in high-volume delis and restaurants. For the most fast-paced locations, it can produce as many as 60 slices of meat or cheese per minute, while its one-piece polymer construction significantly reduces cleaning time. To ensure safety, the non-slicing portion of its 13-inch-diameter knife is protected by a permanent guard.
The Berkel X13A-PLUS premier automatic food slicer utilizes a variable pitch barrel cam for precise, ultra-thin slicing. As a safety precaution, the slicer must be restarted before it will resume operation in the event of a power failure. For convenient cleaning under the slicer, a kick stand is included.
