Use only the best in 40 quart floor mixers in your kitchen! Mix, aerate and knead ingredients with this thirty quart floor mixer from Berkel. This 40 quart floor mixer features a variable speed motor drive that has 5 speeds and allows easy changing of speeds without mixer stopping. The hardened alloy steel helical planetary gears are fully sealed in lubricant with heavy duty ball bearings. The blend speed and 5 fixed speeds with slow initial acceleration prevents messy product splash out. The simplified two point bowl mounting feature allows for easy attachment and removal.

The manual bowl lift is lever operated, interlocked and self locking in a top position. The continuous operation or 15 minute timed operation automatically shuts off the machine in any speed after a predetermined time has elapsed. The stainless steel bowl, bowl guard, flat batter beater, wire whip, spiral dough hook, and ingredient chute are included for your satisfaction. The no volt release prevents automatic re-activation in the event of power interruption. The reliable, moisture resistant stop and start switches prevent short outs and damage to your floor mixer. The solid cast base is mounted on rubber pads for vibration control and rust resistance. The attractive silver metallic epozy enamel provides the user with easy cleaning. For convenient placement and operation a 6 ft, flexible, 3 wire power cord and grounded plug are included.
