This 14" manual slicer features one speed and a totally enclosed and permanently lubricated knife motor. The finish of this slicer is stainless steel and anodized aluminum which promotes a sanitary work area. This manual slicer also easily disassembles quickly without the need for tools for easy cleaning. The carriage handles food up to 7- 1/8 inches wide, by 6 inches high or 6 inches in diameter.
