The Berkel 825E-PLUS gravity-feed slicer is lightweight and compact for convenient countertop placement. A built-in, two-stone knife sharpener keeps the 10-inch slicing blade ready for use, and a 1⁄4-horsepower motor make this slicer suitable for light daily slicing of meats and vegetables. This slicer should not, however, be used to slice cheese. For sliding convenience, its 30-degree angled product table features a removable meat pusher. The angled feed and precise slice adjustment enable the fast production of uniform slices.

The design of the Berkel 825E-PLUS manual commercial slicer enables disassembly with no tools, and the uniquely designed knife guard provides ample room to clean behind it. A water-resistant light-up power switch and a permanent tapered knife guard protect the user from the blade.
