The multi-cycle timer is perfect for any type of business, allowing you to choose extra heavy, heavy, medium or normal cycles. This hi temp door type dishwasher features a 3/4 HP wash pump motor and has a 58 second wash cycle, allow for up to 58 racks to be clean per hour. This quick hi temp dishwasher minimizes downtime by produces clean products in a short amount of time. It uses only 1 gallon of water per wash cycle, making it extremely energy efficient to operate. This door type dishwasher also comes standard with a built in pressure regulator and gauge which allows you to monitor the pressure inside of the unit to ensure this commercial hi temp dishwasher is working properly.
