Jackson CONSERVER XL 115 Description

This Jackson all-in-one sanitizing low temp door type dishwasher is prepared to take on any workload you can throw at it! This door type dishwasher easily washes up to 37 racks per hour with its built in detergent dispenser and 90 second wash cycles. This low temp door type dishwasher will also prove cost friendly in that it only uses 1.5 gallons of water per rack! Constructed of durable stainless steel containing no plastics or soft metals, this door type dishwasher is corrosion resistant and easy to maintain. To ensure the removal of every trace of detergent, this door type dishwasher enlists a self draining stainless steel pump and a unique dump and fill design. The built in product alarm alerts the operator when cleaning and sanitizing solutions are low and the built in waste accumulator prevents food debris from recoiling your dishes and clogging the machine. The delimer switch easily removes hard water deposits. The interchangeable upper and lower stainless steel wash and rinse arms operate smoothly and resist corrosion. The wash-rinse thermometer lets the operator know that their dishes are being cleaned at the appropriate temperature. The internal sump saves your kitchen valuable space.
