For fast-paced, high-volume kitchens, the Jackson AJ-86CE Vision series conveyor warewasher can sanitize 287 racks per hour when connected with a potable water line that can supply 180-degree-Fahrenheit incoming water. Because this incoming water temperature isn't feasible for most businesses, this unit can be set up with an electric booster heater that raises incoming water temperatures to the proper level for safe sanitization, but this addition is sold separately. When ordering this unit, operators can choose from a 40-degree-Fahrenheit or 70-degree-Fahrenheit booster, and during sanitization, this dual-tank unit only uses 0.77 gallons of water per rack, or 222 gallons per hour.

This Jackson AJ-86CE commercial dishwasher operates automatically to streamline cleaning. A 1⁄4-horsepower motor guides the pawl bar through the unit's four washing and sanitizing sections. The recirculating prewash cycle dispenses water over the dishrack to prepare it for the wash section, which then releases detergent and water on the dishrack. The dishrack then moves through the power-rinse and final-rinse cycles. For simple operation, it features a power switch and an energy-saving EnergyGuard™ control that minimizes idle energy usage.

To reduce or increase the speed of this high-temperature dishmachine's conveyer belt, operators can use the Adjust-A-Peak™ feature.
