Paderno 11161-60 Description
The Paderno 11161-60 Grand Gourmet loop handle lid is made of stainless steel with 18 percent chromium and 10 percent nickel composition. This prevents dings and dents, and with its high nickel content, it is resistant to rust. Every surface has been polished to a shine. Welding attaches the handle to the top, and its curved shape ensures a firm grip. So it settles snugly on top of a pot and keeps the heat inside a separately sold pot, the lid has a dip. For fast cleanup, the lid is dishwasher safe.
