The Paderno 11117-28 Grand Gourmet frying pan has an aluminum core that is surrounded by stainless steel to retain and distribute heat evenly. Likewise, the bottom is concave, though it straightens when heated up. Food cooking on the pan avoids sticking with its nonstick interior, and the pan is mostly constructed of strong, durable stainless steel. For sturdiness, this frying pan has a reinforced rim, while magnetic materials enable induction use.
