Paderno 11109-45 Description
The Paderno 11109-45 Grand Gourmet braising pot has a 28 1⁄2-quart capacity and is constructed of stainless steel with a polished interior and exterior. The tri-metal bottom is thermo radiant, so it is flat when hot and concave when cold to distribute heat evenly. With the layered metal design, its aluminum core quickly heats up while the surrounding stainless steel retains heat. The pot is wide and low to enable the dispersion of steam for searing and poaching foods, and it is compatible for use on any type of stovetop. The two welded handles are constructed of stainless steel and are hollow to stay cool.
