Paderno 11109-32 Description
The Paderno 11109-32 Grand Gourmet braising pot has a low and wide design to disperse steam while poaching and searing food. It is constructed of durable stainless steel with an inner and outer satin polish and a mirror finish along the edges. The thermo-radiant bottom flattens when hot and concaves when cold, and the unit has an aluminum core sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel to ensure it can be used on induction cooktops. It is safe to handle since the stainless steel handle is hollow and stays cool to the touch. A lid must be purchased separately.
