Paderno 11108-24 Description
The Paderno 11108-24 Grand Gourmet sauté pan has a long, rounded handle for quick transportation around the kitchen. Its upper edges are reinforced, preventing bending over time, and its tall sides keep food from falling out when flipping and shaking. The base has three layers: two stainless steel outer layers for minimizing denting and scratching and an aluminum inner layer for reducing hot spots. This sauté pan has a magnetic construction that heats well on induction ranges and traditional stovetops. Its bottom expands to lay flush against hot surfaces so that it can heat quickly. It can hold 4 1⁄2 quarts.
