Paderno 11108-20 Description
The Paderno 11108-20 Grand Gourmet sauté pan has a scrape- and dent-resistant stainless steel construction. This 18/10 metal is 18 percent chromium and 10 percent nickel, so it is both sturdy and rust resistant. Employees can use tomato and acidic foods in it without causing corrosion. It has a 2 5⁄8-quart capacity. Both its inside and outside have been shined to an elegant finish, and the mirror trim along its edges provides contrast. This sauté pan has a special three-layer bottom. Its exterior layers are stainless steel and can withstand heavy use, and its interior layer is aluminum to help food cook consistently. This unit can be used with induction warmers and has a lightweight, hollow handle.
