Paderno 11107-24 Description
The Paderno 11107-24 Grand Gourmet sauce pot is made of induction-ready stainless steel, and its 18/10 composition resists corrosion when used with salty and acidic liquids. The bottom's stainless steel surface does not absorb liquids, keeping flavors pure from one dish to the next. To prevent hot spots from burning food, a layer of aluminum rests inside the bottom, and both this aluminum layer and the hollow handles help reduce the unit's weight. This sauce pot has a bottom designed to flatten with heat, maximizing the surface area touching the heat source. For an elegant look, all surfaces have been shined, and a mirror finish runs along the edges. It has a 6 7⁄8-quart capacity.
