Paderno 11107-20 Description
The Paderno 11107-20 Grand Gourmet sauce pot can be used for induction cooking and has a capacity of 4 1⁄4 quarts. Enduring long-term use, it is made of stainless steel with 10 percent nickel. The high amount of nickel enables employees to cook tomato-based sauces or stews without worrying about rust. The base of the pot is concave but flattens whenever heat is applied to ensure full contact with the stovetop. Because of its stainless steel surfaces, this sauce pot retains very little flavor from one dish to the next, so different dishes can be cooked one after another. Its inner aluminum layer cooks sauces without burning them.
