The Paderno 11102-32 Grand Gourmet stock pot is constructed of stainless steel and has a 25 3⁄8-quart capacity. The height and diameter measure equally to reduce evaporation, making it ideal for cooking soup. The thermo-radiant bottom gets flat when heated and concaves when cold to ensure heat is distributed evenly. The handles are tubular and hollow, so they remain cool to the touch. This stock pot is equipped with a faucet to drain liquids and aid in cleaning. It is compatible with any stove type.
