Paderno 11102-28 Description
The Paderno 11102-28 Grand Gourmet stock pot has a 17 1⁄2-quart capacity with equal height and diameter measurements, enabling it to be used for preparing soup since evaporation is limited. It has two welded handles that are hollow and stay cool to the touch for easy transporting. The thermo-radiant bottom goes flat when hot and concaves when cold for even heat distribution. A faucet helps with draining and cleaning. This stock pot is constructed of stainless steel and is compatible with all stove tops, including induction.
