Paderno 11101-28 Description
The Paderno 11101-28 stock pot has an 11-inch diameter and 11-inch height, limiting evaporation so the pot is ideal for simmering stews and soups. It has a 17 1⁄2-quart capacity and is made of durable stainless steel to resist warping, denting, and rusting. It will not transfer flavors and colors from acidic foods, while the bottom has a concaved design and flattens when it is heated. For comfort, the handles are ergonomic and stay cool to the touch.
