Paderno 11101-16 Description
With an equal diameter and height, the Paderno 11101-16 stock pot limits evaporation, which is great for simmering. Constructed of stainless steel, the vessel is strong and does not react to acidic foods, preserving taste and color. Upper edges are reinforced with double thickness to enhance strength, and the bottom has a concave design that flattens as the pot is heated. Handles on the sides are ergonomically designed and stay cool to the touch, while this pot is compatible with induction equipment and can be cleaned in the dishmachine.
