Paderno 11009-32 Description
With a wide and low design, the Paderno 11009-32 braising pot quickly disperses steam when users are searing and poaching. The plate in the bottom of the vessel is made of aluminum, so it quickly and uniformly distributes heat. Since it is covered by stainless steel, this plate is compatible with induction cooktops. Handles are welded into the sides of the pot, which has a 12 1⁄2-inch diameter and 9-quart capacity.
