Paderno 11007-40 Description
The Paderno 11007-40 sauce pot is designed to reheat liquids, sauces, and stews or blanch vegetables and fruit with its 31 3⁄4-quart capacity. An aluminum plate in the bottom provides quick heat conduction and uniform distribution. Since the plate is surrounded by stainless steel, the pot is compatible with induction cooktops. Welded to the sides, the handles have strength to withstand high-volume use.
