The San Jamar RCU64V2RD Rapi-Kool® Plus chilling paddle rapidly cools food to help prevent the growth of harmful bacteria. Due to its cooling fins, the paddle has a large surface area that ensures product is cooled quickly. For immediate use, ice can be added to the paddle through a wide opening. A Fill-Rite™ capacity mark shows the user where water should reach when freezing the paddle ahead of time. Since the handle is positioned above the cap, contact with the food area is eliminated. Made of polycarbonate, the paddle is durable for heavy use and can be hung by its hook for storage.
