The San Jamar self-service condiment tray center is perfect for use at sandwich bars, catered events, and remote food locations where time-temperature abuse is an issue. No electricity is required which offers maximum portability. This self-service condiment center included ice liners for use with EX Chill packs or ice to keep the condiments and foods cold. The flex-lid system allows multiple lid positions and the interchangeable food pans allow versatility when choosing condiments and garnishes. This self service condiment center offers maximum capacity with minimal counterpace used. The stainless steel design is durable and provides years of easy to clean use.
