The San Jamar CB1218121BR Cut-N-Carry® cutting board is made of a copolymer material that does not warp at high temperatures. Grooving from knives is resisted by this durable material, and it will not dull or damage the knife’s sharp edge. Sanitary storing, drying, and transporting are facilitated by the built-in corner hook, while a ruler is integrated into the board, so portions can be controlled to simplify food prep. For use in color-coded systems, the cutting board is brown.
