The San Jamar 850TF17 Tri-Flex oven mitt has a separate slot so that the index finger can help turn dials and push buttons. Its BestGuard construction is durable for heavy use and provides protection from heat as high as 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 seconds. Measuring 17 inches long, the tan oven mitt protects arms down to the elbow.
