AccuTemp ACEL-40 Description
The Accutemp ACEL-40 Edge™ steam kettle has an integrally mounted control panel that includes a power switch, pilot light, low-water light, safety relief valve, vacuum/pressure gage, and thermostat. Its removable elements have a temperature range of 165 to 285 degrees Fahrenheit. When cooking product, purified water enclosed in the jacket is heated and turns to steam. Corrosion, scratches, and dents are prevented by its stainless steel construction. The Accutemp ACEL-40 steam kettle’s hemispherical design ensures heat is evenly distributed.
