The AccuTemp ACECT-10 countertop tilt kettle has a 10-gallon capacity. A double wall interior creates a steam jacket around the lower part of the kettle. It has a hemispherical design for ideal heat circulation, ensuring product is fully cooked. The interior and exterior are constructed of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability. The stainless steel console is drip proof, and the entire unit is water proof. Heating elements are removable for cleaning.

This unit tilts with a hand crank so the interior of the kettle can be cleaned and so product can be removed easily. The controls are integrally mounted for protection and include a vacuum pressure gauge, safety relief valve, power switch, and low water light. The AccuTemp ACECT-10 countertop tilt kettle is built with a low water shut off feature that turns the unit off to prevent the heating elements from burning up when there is little water left.
