The Roundup steamer display cabinet is designed to quickly steam pre-cooked, refrigerated or frozen foods and maintain them at ready to serve temperatures. The steamer display cabinet is lit from the top to attractively display food items to your customers doing the merchandising for you. A resettable hi-limit thermostat is included for additional safety. The adjustable thermostat allows for easy temperature resetting. This steamer display cabinet uses plain tap water for exceptional ease of use and features adjustable shelf height and angle for steaming a variety of shapes and sizes. The 5 sliding shelves allow easy access to the products and the water pan is easy to fill! The tempered safety glass is easy to clean and clear merchandises your products. The unique water tube allows for easy monitoring of the water levels and can be used for quick re-filling or draining of the steamer.
