CookTek PTDS100 Description
The CookTek PTDS100 induction pizza delivery system keeps as many as three pizzas at serving temperature for 30 minutes and can accommodate several pizza sizes as large as 18 inches in diameter. Upon arrival, this unit charges in just 2 1⁄2 minutes, and it recovers its charge in 60 seconds for consistent use. To reduce the risk of burns, the charger remains cool to the touch during operation, and because it is a user-friendly unit, the controls are shown with a lighted display.
To ensure efficient operation, the CookTek PTDS100 thermal pizza delivery system offers self-diagnostics with an alarm that chimes if a problem arises. While the unit can be operated on a countertop without overheating, it can also be installed by dropping it into a custom-made shelf. It is lightweight—the FlashPack™ disc and delivery bag have a combined weight of 3 9⁄10 pounds to facilitate transport.
