CookTek 605601 Description
To prevent overheating and provide protection to the heating elements, the CookTek MWDG3500 drop-in induction wok unit has an integral cooling fan and automatic shut-off feature. To cook a range of foods, it has 20 power levels, and it detects when a pan is present automatically to transmit energy instantly to the pan. Ensuring the unit is running at peak efficiency at all times, it has a self-diagnostic feature that monitors the components for vital issues.
The CookTek MWDG3500 commercial induction wok unit is controlled with a knob and LED display screen. Using a heavy-gauge Litz wire, it operates with high-quality electronics. To provide corrosion-resistance, the top of the unit is made of stainless steel, and the aluminum housing adds additional durability.
