The CookTek HTF-9500-SH25-1 induction cooktop is an ideal solution to catering services and establishments requiring heating application on the go. The single burner enables large pots and pans to be used atop it, providing ample space without impeding other cooking vessels. While the cooktop is made of easy-to-clean glass ceramic, the base is made of stainless steel for longevity and durability.
Operation of the CookTek HTF-9500-SH25-1 freestanding induction cooktop is done through the Helios touch screen where operators can manipulate temperature settings and monitor the power percentage. The unit is equipped with imbedded features such as the automatic shutoff system and pan detection. Additionally, the microprocessor monitors the unit for problems such as power supply issues and overheating.
