The Turbo Air TST-72SD-30 Super Deluxe Series Mega top Unit food prep table has a self-cleaning condenser that uses a mesh filter to prevent dust from reaching the condenser coil fins. A rotating brush cleans dust that has accumulated off the mesh filter two to three times a day and moves extra dust away from the condenser to keep dust from accumulating to begin with. The self-cleaning condenser maintains the refrigeration system’s efficiency while reducing the risk of having a premature system failure.

The Turbo Air TST-72SD-30 Super Deluxe Series Mega top Unit food prep table has a self-contained, oversized, CFC-free, R-134A, balanced refrigeration system that includes an evaporator and condenser for faster cooling and greater efficiency. The entire cabinet and doors are constructed with high-density, polyurethane, CFC-free insulation. To keep food from spilling, the cold air compartment keeps pans and the reach-in area separate while maintaining even temperatures for each pan to preserve food longer. Preventing condensate water from overflowing and increasing efficiency without risking refrigerant leaks from corrosion, the hot gas condensate system surfaces are specially treated to resist corrosion.
