The Turbo Air TST-72SD Super Deluxe Series Sandwich/Salad Unit food prep table has a stainless steel exterior with galvanized steel back and bottom and a stainless steel interior that lengthens the life of the equipment and makes it easy to clean. To preserve fresh food longer, the cold air compartment evenly maintains temperatures for each pan. The insulated pan cover helps maintain the temperatures and keeps contaminants from reaching the product. Since shelves come in contact with food, the shelves in the prep table are made of stainless steel for the cleanest environment. The cabinet and doors are insulated with high-density, polyurethane, CFC-free insulation.

Manually cleaning the condenser on a regular basis is time consuming and costly. By having a self-cleaning condenser, you can save yourself money and time. The self-cleaning condenser uses a mesh filter to keep dust from getting to the condenser coil fins while a rotating brush sweeps away dust that has collected on the mesh filter two to three times a day. The brush that rotates also moves up and down to remove the extra dust away from the condenser in order to prevent dust from collecting in the first place. To reduce the risk of a premature system failure, the self-cleaning condenser maintains the highest productivity in the refrigeration system.
